Can you hear what I hear?

Ssshh are you listening?

I hope you can hear what I'm hearing.

No, don't turn up your volume.  I haven't added music to my blog.

It's just the gentle hum of the garden.

...half the time I don't even notice it but today....aahhh....it's blissful.

Thursday is my short day at work only 3 sessions -
75 children +
a parent or two per child +
some baby siblings +
some grandmas.

As you can imagine it does get noisy and most of the time I don't even notice but today it was

LOUD

Fortunately it was all happy noises - no tantrums or crying just lots of laughter and chatter.   Isn't it amazing what a bit of sunshine can do to improve everyone's demeanour.

As happy as the noise was, I was more than ready to leave at 12.30 and come home to the quiet hum of my garden.

It really is quite perfect.

I often tell people to listen and cup my ear...they look puzzled. Then I say, 'Can't you hear it? It is the garden growing!" LOL

Nothing nicer than sitting outside Hazel and watching the garden grow. Some people just don't "get it" tho.

Thanks Jane. It was a lovely afternoon. Perfect weather for sitting outside with a cuppa.

I love Thursday afternoon Wendy. I try not to do anything other than just come home and potter around. Absolutely wonderful.

Hope the garden make more music this week and do a lot of talking between plants. So they grow much faster. I wish new sprouted summer vegetables will grow much faster.

Thanks Lindsay - I did only photograph the tidy bits tho.

I haven't planted any summer veges yet M-K girl. Most get onto this weekend.
